Every family deserves to feel safe, heard, and deeply supported as they bring new life into the world. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to providing trauma-informed care to growing families across Greater Boston and Central Massachusetts. My journey began in early childhood education and human services, where I served as a substance use disorder counselor. That foundational experience taught me the profound value of meeting people exactly where they are, with deep empathy and zero judgment.
Today, I weave that specialized background into my work as a birthworker, peer-led breastfeeding counselor, and childbirth educator. I walk alongside families through the entire perinatal continuum—offering grounding prenatal preparation, continuous labor and birthing advocacy, and gentle early postpartum support.
Believing that preparation involves both the body and the mind, I also facilitate evidence-based childbirth education and Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP) courses. My goal is to equip parents with practical tools, somatic awareness, and the confidence to navigate the transformative transition into parenthood.
Whether you are looking for dedicated doula care, trauma-sensitive childbirth preparation, or community lactation support, I am here to help you cultivate a resilient, empowered birth and parenting experience.
